Create 3 sizes of ADU, a 200 s.f. model, a 480 s.f. model, and a 960 s.f. model.  Create full systems options and consruction documents.

Create marketing renderings of each model.  List features, options, pricing, and descrbibe systems.  Complete website listing and description of product and process.

Get accurate pricing and publish complete cost breakdown. Set up financing relationships to provid a one stop buying experience.

Sell and close on units.  

Submit permit sets to cities for pre-approal of Crofter's models. 

Install units, working with installation contractors for a perfect finish.  Get final inspection and occupancy permit.
